Marty Iten, Director of Business Development:
As a previous business owner of Iten Chevrolet, a highly successful auto dealership in Minneapolis, Iten brings a wealth of knowledge to the Kitchen Solvers team. His primary responsibilities include franchise sales and supporting existing franchisees with internal operations.
Chuck Teders, Certified Kitchen Designer:
As our staff certified designer Chuck Teders provides franchisees with the ability to provide customers with custom design services. His knowledge of kitchen planning and design serves as a tremendous asset to franchise owners.
Bruce Van Epps, Director of Installation Services:
Bruce Van Epps directs all installation training and provides ongoing installation support to Kitchen Solvers franchise owners. His wealth of experience guides franchise owners through even the most problematic installation challenges.
Bill Weber, Vice President of Marketing & Advertising:
Bill Weber takes an ongoing personal interest in providing innovative marketing and advertising strategies for our franchisees. He oversees more than 30 individual marketing support services that help franchise owners develop and maintain brand awareness and capture market share.
Tony Derksen, Logistics Coordinator:
With ten years of experience in office management, Tony Derksen oversees all aspects of providing logistical support to existing and new franchisees. His responsibilities include overseeing print and apparel fulfillment, shipping & handling, new franchisee training preparation, and assisting the marketing department by conducting media research for prospective franchisees.
Suzie Crowley, Communications:
As a franchise owner, Suzie Crowley knows first-hand the importance of communicating effectively with franchisees. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating the production of our quarterly newsletter, writing and posting articles for Consumer Information on the Kitchen Solvers website, and providing regular communiqués on KitchenNet; Kitchen Solvers' intranet site. She also assists in writing and submitting franchisee press releases.
