From the very first phone call, I knew we’d be in the best hands! When I called Kitchen Solvers, Julie answered, and she was so warm and welcoming that I immediately felt comfortable. That first impression meant everything, and really set the tone for the whole experience. The entire project, from design to construction, to installation and the final finished product, was top notch. There are always so many moving parts with a big project like this, but we were always kept up to speed. I loved being able to look at the portal to know what was going on too. Their communication was amazing and that made the entire process feel smooth instead of stressful. Shane and Gracie were incredible. There are so many big (and tiny!) decisions to make when planning a kitchen, and it can definitely feel like decision paralysis at times. They calmly and gently guided us through everything, offering opinions when we asked and helping us feel confident in our choices. They made it such a fun experience. Mike, our project manager, was always texting, calling, and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond. Ashly was also wonderful, always making sure we knew what was happening with scheduling and what to expect next. That level of communication made such a difference. Shad’s attention to detail with the cabinetry really stood out. His precision shows in the finished product and everything looks beautiful and so thoughtfully done. The subcontractors were organized and consistently cleaned up each time they worked on the project. As tidy as you can possibly keep a home under construction, they did! Everyone was respectful, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. We are beyond happy with our new kitchen and would 1000% recommend this team. We recently expanded our laundry room to better suit our overall home size. Although it wasn’t terribly complicated, there were quite a few modifications, such as transitioning from a standard gas water tank heater to a whole-home tankless water heater and relocating a water softener. While Kitchen Solvers wasn’t the lowest price, the detail of their plan and the quality of their work more than made up for it. Owner Shane Svarczkopf was very diligent and creative in helping plan the design of the room to maximize its effectiveness. Once our project started, our Project Manager, Mike, did an excellent job maintaining the schedule and keeping the project on pace. The subcontractors were very organized and consistently cleaned each time they worked on the project. Overall, the project took around three months. The workmanship and professionalism of the Kitchen Solvers team are second to none. I would highly recommend them.

Each of them were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and I had the sense that they were committed to my happiness with the outcome of my kitchen project. Our remodeled kitchen has been in place for about a month now and we love it just as much as the day it was completed. From the first day we began working with the designer, Troy, Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast helped us come up with a new kitchen design that improved not only the overall appearance, which is now fantastic, but solved the goals we had of increased storage, improved work flow, and a desire to make our kitchen a place where we wanted to entertain guests. Once the new cabinets arrived, the project team including project manager, Mike, construction lead, Shad, and other employees and subcontractors completed the installation in an efficient and professional manner. We never had the feeling of anyone who worked on the project that they were someone we didn’t want in our home. In particular, we would like to thank Shad who was highly skilled as well as personable, a great combination for someone who completed much of the work. While construction is not a life as usual event, we also felt comfortable in our home going about our lives while they were there. Good communication was a given throughout the project. We were always kept well informed, now only of what was planned for that day, but of the entire project plan. Whenever we had a question or concern, Mike addressed it immediately and to our satisfaction. In the instance that there was an issue while Mike was on holiday, the owner, William, stepped right in and worked with us to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast and their entire team. We highly recommend them and would never hesitate to contact them again for any future project.

Highly recommend Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast! They did an excellent job in the full remodel of our kitchen which included removing a drop ceiling, and adding new cabinets, an extended counter, granite top, lighting and appliances. We had obtained bids from 3 other kitchen contractors before walking into KS’s Clearwater showroom where we were warmly greeted by Julie and introduced to co-owner William. Even though KS was not our lowest bid, we knew after our conversations with William we’d receive the quality in materials and workmanship expected. None of the other contractors we met were as thorough, knowledgeable, and creative as KS owners William and Shane. William and each of the sub-contractors (drywall, electrical, plumber, tile, HVAC, flooring, granite fabricator) visited our home over a couple of days before starting the project so they could see what needed to be done, avoid any surprises and accurately determine costs. We had access to the project schedule via the online app BuilderTrend before work began so we knew what work and who would be coming next. Project Manager Mike Borrero was friendly and promptly addressed any questions or concerns during his frequent inspections. He would also call to let us know if there was a change in the daily schedule or a work crews’ arrival time. The KS team of Shad and Daniel were great! They installed floor-to-ceiling protective plastic sheeting and floor covering to help contain dust & debris. Shad & Daniel were friendly, did the initial demo, all the carpentry, and delivered quality work. All contractors throughout the project were skilled, courteous and cleaned/hauled away debris when they finished each day. The project was completed on time and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Attached are before and after photos.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast to plan, design and build out our new kitchen. We chose to reface the current cabinets and were surprised at the range of options that were available all w/in their showroom. The design team was able to lead us through this, our first experience, and had great suggestions in choosing door facings, hardware, countertops and sink. We chose to add a Pot filler over the range which we use very often. From the destruction of the old to the rebuild of the new we were met with imagination, honesty, great craftsmanship and on time schedules throughout. Our house threw us all a curve when they discovered support beams running through the middle of the old kitchen. The team exposed the original beam then covered it with a stained pine that was cut to perfection and now adds an attractive accent to the ceiling we have embraced wholeheartedly. Pricing was reasonable in that we shopped other installers and found Kitchen Solvers to be in the middle of the range. However the quality of the work and the people to work with made it a very good value. You get what you pay for plus! We are delighted with the outcome of our new kitchen and take pride in entertaining our friends and family in our new surroundings. Yes, we would use Kitchen Solvers again. Joe and Anita Huenke

We renovated the kitchen in our condo and used KS. The whole experience was very pleasant. From beginning to end the process was excellent. Julie was so efficient, friendly and joyful, I spent hours on the phone chatting with her. Shane was in charge of design and was incredibly attentive to detail. Having bought our house a few months earlier, we decided to do a kitchen and bath refresh. The kitchen was well organized with quality cabinets and great layout, but we didn’t like the cabinet door profile or the finishes (counter, backsplash, etc.). Same with the master bath. So we decided to explore refacing instead of gutting. After some research, we reached out to Kitchen Solvers as well as a couple other area refacing companies. We never heard from the others, but immediately received a call from Julie at Kitchen Solver. After a friendly, not pushy, conversation we set up an appointment. Troy met with us in our home a few days later. From the start, we had confidence that Troy understood the objectives, made some great suggestions and put a plan together. Once all materials arrived, the installation team arrived. William, one of the owners was hands on and always available. Mike was the site manager and Henry and Valmar did the installation. Everyone was very respectful of our property, protecting surfaces and cleaning up each day. They were very responsive to questions or tweaks we wanted. The project took about 5 weeks total and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely recommend this company. Perfect! Our kitchen went from an 1980 dark oak area to a sparkling, updated, white kitchen. In Italy there's a saying that "you have only one chance to make a good impression". Julie did just that. We were met with a smile and felt welcome, she was knowledgeable and never overbearing. The owners Troy and William were very "hands on" and really care about our concerns, pointing out obstacles that may occur but never did. My wife and I wanted to spend some time with the kitchen before leaving a review and in that time, we've had to make two calls about some issues with some outlets and other minor miscellaneous concerns. Their response to those calls has only further cemented how stellar their warranty, customer service, and commitment to customer satisfaction is. Mike came out within the week both times, with both calls being months apart and well after the project was completed. He quickly addressed all of the issues, took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how he fixed it, and very explicitly reaffirmed that I should not hesitate to call if I need anything else. The kitchen is great, the Kitchen Solvers team is incredible, and at some point in the future I look forward to working with them again on another project in our home.

We purchased our condo just over a year ago knowing it would need to be updated. We spent nearly six months researching and meeting with contractors trying to find a good fit. When we met with the team from Kitchen Solvers it was clear they could see our vision and make it happen. From beginning to end the entire team was by our side ensuring the job was done and on time. Their customer portal was especially helpful while we were away for three weeks. We could login and view photos of the progress made each day. We could not have asked for a better customer service experience. We can finally unpack our kitchen and begin to feel at home. My Wife and I are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. The experience was great from start to finish. From the design phase with Troy - to Mike being a great project Manager - to Luis who did the biggest portion of our cabinet install, Luis was fantastic!! He was very detail oriented and explained all steps and functions to us. To Will, who if we are correct, is one of the executives, or owner's of this franchise - he came to our home a few times to explain certain things, to follow up with questions and for a "final" walk through. He noticed a few extremely minor issues and had someone there in a matter of days to address them. How often does that happen with most other businesses? Their customer service was top notch!! They have told us that if we need anything or have any issues to call them and they will take care of it. We truly believe they will, as they were very meticulous and thorough with the entire process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. Kitchen Solvers made the process as stress free as possible, and reassured us that every detail, either big or small, would be taken care of and have the result we were promised!! We hired Kitchen Solvers 10 years ago to remodel our kitchen in the Eagles development in Tampa. We moved to a house in Trinity last year and, based on the quality work they did previously, we recently hired them again to remodel this kitchen. Their work is very high quality and attention to detail is commendable. We worked with Shane to design the layout, and Shane offered many ideas that made our kitchen both functional and cost effective. All the support contractors were required to come to our house to insure their part of the job was understood and documented. William provided us with a detailed cost estimate based on the design and the support contractors’ feedback. Their showroom had many styles of cabinets, countertops, hardware and accessories to choose. Once we signed the contract, the work was planned and communicated to us via the Buildertrend App, which is a great tool to monitor the job execution and financial matters. The execution of the work went according to plan. Shad and Daniel were the Kitchen Solvers craftsmen that performed the majority of the work. They were skilled, communicative, respectful, and very clean in performing the work. We did have a few change orders from the original estimate, and were handled in a professional manner and always approved before any work was completed. To say the least, we are very happy with Kitchen Solvers and highly recommend them.
