Our whole experience with Kitchen Solvers was very professional from start to finish! We bought a fixer upper and needed serious help with our old kitchen! The owner, William was very patient and helpful when we picked out our cabinets, back splash, counter top and flooring to remodel our old and ugly kitchen. William explained all the aspects and timing of our kitchen remodeling. To our delight, our American made cherry kitchen cabinets came in much earlier than expected. The whole process from the original meeting to the completion of the job were top tier experiences. Kitchen solvers showed integrity at every step of the process. During estimates they called out an issue other companies hand waved even though it could cause the project to vastly increase in price. They had amazing customer service and communication before, during, and after the work. I really appreciated the owner doing a final walk through to make sure our kitchen continued to stay as beautiful as the day they finished.

Kitchen Solvers did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel 3 years ago, so ... when we got hurricane flooded in Fall of 2025 ... they were back to redo the bottom half of our beautiful kitchen. We were so happy with our prior KS experience that we also used them to replace, and substantially improve, two damaged bathrooms. Yes they also do bathrooms! The key thing to understand is right there in the name ... "Solvers". In any renovation project there will be challenges and problems will arise. That is just reality. You want a team that can SOLVE those problems. KS steps up and takes responsibility, deals with the subs, and gets the job done. Honestly we didn't fully appreciate how important that was until living through our prior renovation. You want to make sure you have some "Solvers" on your team.

Can't give a solid five-star review for this company only because one of the most important initial steps was not accurate and caused a major hiccup. Because of the initial measuring being inaccurate, the wrong size cabinets were ordered, installed, and then had to be removed. Remeasuring, reordering cabinets and waiting for them was an inconvenience and frustrating for us. The owner did come out to our home and ensured that they would make it right, which they did. Our project was a small one and at times, we felt like it took a backseat to the larger, more expensive projects that may be going on. I say that because at times, Daniel was pulled from our site to go to a different job, leaving Luis to show up when he could. This added to our frustration. The plumber that they use slipped with his drill while installing the water line for the fridge, and cut two significant-sized holes in two separate cabinets then acted like he didn't do it. There was finger pointing that ensued, only adding to our frustration, but luckily, Luis was able to install two veneers to cover the plumber's mistake. This added to our frustration significantly! I have to say, however, that Kitchen Solvers has some amazing contractors employed. Luis and Daniel were the two who we had the pleasure of having in our home to do the majority of the work. They were very meticulous at every facet of the job and took their time to ensure that everything was near-perfect. Two very nice gentlemen at that! Although any remodel is messy and stressful, we enjoyed having them in our home. They also made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day. Russell did the backsplash tile and it was incredible to watch him work. His eye for detail is something special. He laid every piece of tile out, measuring, remeasuring, cutting...it was absolutely incredible and the end result is an absolutely gorgeous backsplash. He is, without a doubt, an amazing artist! Have to give a huge shout--out to Tampa Bay Granite who installed our stunning granite countertop! They were great to work with! They have a huge showroom of beautiful granite and quartz to choose from, and they're so easy to work with! They are extremely nice and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The backsplash and countertop are my favorite part of the remodel. Highly recommend them! William Newkirk, one of the owners at Kitchen Solvers has also provided excellent customer service to us and we feel that although the project is complete, we still have a great open communication with him. Pricing is fair in my opinion and the cabinets seem to be nice quality. Kitchen Solvers has a very nice showroom with a lot of selections, and if Julie is there, she'll be happy to help out.

Our remodeled kitchen has been in place for about a month now and we love it just as much as the day it was completed. From the first day we began working with the designer, Troy, Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast helped us come up with a new kitchen design that improved not only the overall appearance, which is now fantastic, but solved the goals we had of increased storage, improved work flow, and a desire to make our kitchen a place where we wanted to entertain guests. Once the new cabinets arrived, the project team including project manager, Mike, construction lead, Shad, and other employees and subcontractors completed the installation in an efficient and professional manner. We never had the feeling of anyone who worked on the project that they were someone we didn’t want in our home. In particular, we would like to thank Shad who was highly skilled as well as personable, a great combination for someone who completed much of the work. While construction is not a life as usual event, we also felt comfortable in our home going about our lives while they were there. Good communication was a given throughout the project. We were always kept well informed, now only of what was planned for that day, but of the entire project plan. Whenever we had a question or concern, Mike addressed it immediately and to our satisfaction. In the instance that there was an issue while Mike was on holiday, the owner, William, stepped right in and worked with us to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast and their entire team. We highly recommend them and would never hesitate to contact them again for any future project.

Highly recommend Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast! They did an excellent job in the full remodel of our kitchen which included removing a drop ceiling, and adding new cabinets, an extended counter, granite top, lighting and appliances. We had obtained bids from 3 other kitchen contractors before walking into KS’s Clearwater showroom where we were warmly greeted by Julie and introduced to co-owner William. Even though KS was not our lowest bid, we knew after our conversations with William we’d receive the quality in materials and workmanship expected. None of the other contractors we met were as thorough, knowledgeable, and creative as KS owners William and Shane. William and each of the sub-contractors (drywall, electrical, plumber, tile, HVAC, flooring, granite fabricator) visited our home over a couple of days before starting the project so they could see what needed to be done, avoid any surprises and accurately determine costs. We had access to the project schedule via the online app BuilderTrend before work began so we knew what work and who would be coming next. Project Manager Mike Borrero was friendly and promptly addressed any questions or concerns during his frequent inspections. He would also call to let us know if there was a change in the daily schedule or a work crews’ arrival time. The KS team of Shad and Daniel were great! They installed floor-to-ceiling protective plastic sheeting and floor covering to help contain dust & debris. Shad & Daniel were friendly, did the initial demo, all the carpentry, and delivered quality work. All contractors throughout the project were skilled, courteous and cleaned/hauled away debris when they finished each day. The project was completed on time and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Attached are before and after photos.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kitchen Solvers of the Gulf Coast to plan, design and build out our new kitchen. We chose to reface the current cabinets and were surprised at the range of options that were available all w/in their showroom. The design team was able to lead us through this, our first experience, and had great suggestions in choosing door facings, hardware, countertops and sink. We chose to add a Pot filler over the range which we use very often. From the destruction of the old to the rebuild of the new we were met with imagination, honesty, great craftsmanship and on time schedules throughout. Our house threw us all a curve when they discovered support beams running through the middle of the old kitchen. The team exposed the original beam then covered it with a stained pine that was cut to perfection and now adds an attractive accent to the ceiling we have embraced wholeheartedly. Pricing was reasonable in that we shopped other installers and found Kitchen Solvers to be in the middle of the range. However the quality of the work and the people to work with made it a very good value. You get what you pay for plus! We are delighted with the outcome of our new kitchen and take pride in entertaining our friends and family in our new surroundings. Yes, we would use Kitchen Solvers again. Joe and Anita Huenke

Having bought our house a few months earlier, we decided to do a kitchen and bath refresh. The kitchen was well organized with quality cabinets and great layout, but we didn’t like the cabinet door profile or the finishes (counter, backsplash, etc.). Same with the master bath. So we decided to explore refacing instead of gutting. After some research, we reached out to Kitchen Solvers as well as a couple other area refacing companies. We never heard from the others, but immediately received a call from Julie at Kitchen Solver. After a friendly, not pushy, conversation we set up an appointment. Troy met with us in our home a few days later. From the start, we had confidence that Troy understood the objectives, made some great suggestions and put a plan together. Once all materials arrived, the installation team arrived. William, one of the owners was hands on and always available. Mike was the site manager and Henry and Valmar did the installation. Everyone was very respectful of our property, protecting surfaces and cleaning up each day. They were very responsive to questions or tweaks we wanted. The project took about 5 weeks total and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Definitely recommend this company. Perfect! Our kitchen went from an 1980 dark oak area to a sparkling, updated, white kitchen. In Italy there's a saying that "you have only one chance to make a good impression". Julie did just that. We were met with a smile and felt welcome, she was knowledgeable and never overbearing. There were some hiccups, but none of which outweighed the quality of the work and that weren't swiftly addressed by the extremely involved and committed Kitchen Solvers team to our satisfaction. William and Mike were very friendly and transparent throughout the process as well and always made themselves available if I had any questions or concerns. Luis did a stellar job installing the cabinets and confirming intricate details with me before carrying out certain tasks. Virtually the entire experience went smoothly, and for what didn't, both William and Mike genuinely listened to me about those concerns and carried out generous actions to address the issues to everyone's satisfaction. My wife and I wanted to spend some time with the kitchen before leaving a review and in that time, we've had to make two calls about some issues with some outlets and other minor miscellaneous concerns. Their response to those calls has only further cemented how stellar their warranty, customer service, and commitment to customer satisfaction is. Mike came out within the week both times, with both calls being months apart and well after the project was completed. He quickly addressed all of the issues, took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how he fixed it, and very explicitly reaffirmed that I should not hesitate to call if I need anything else. The kitchen is great, the Kitchen Solvers team is incredible, and at some point in the future I look forward to working with them again on another project in our home.

From the design phase with Troy - to Mike being a great project Manager - to Luis who did the biggest portion of our cabinet install, Luis was fantastic!! He was very detail oriented and explained all steps and functions to us. To Will, who if we are correct, is one of the executives, or owner's of this franchise - he came to our home a few times to explain certain things, to follow up with questions and for a "final" walk through. He noticed a few extremely minor issues and had someone there in a matter of days to address them. How often does that happen with most other businesses? Their customer service was top notch!! They have told us that if we need anything or have any issues to call them and they will take care of it. We truly believe they will, as they were very meticulous and thorough with the entire process. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen. Kitchen Solvers made the process as stress free as possible, and reassured us that every detail, either big or small, would be taken care of and have the result we were promised!!
