We had quartz countertops and a tile backsplash installed. The quality is excellent. There were some delays, from the supplier, but once they had the materials everything was done quickly. There were a couple of hiccups, as there are with any project, but Jay and his team kept in constant communication with us and worked with us to resolve them. I highly recommend Kitchen Solvers. If there comes a time when we are ready for more kitchen renovations, I will definitely be calling them.

I don't often write reviews for services, as I don't really use social media. HOWEVER, I have to write about the FABULOUS, METICULOUS job Kitchen Solvers did in installing new kitchen cabinet doors, drawers, pull-outs, resurfacing and removing the old and installing new backsplash in my kitchen. They encountered multiple unexpected problems, corrected each, and the finished product was above all my expectations. It was a pleasure to have Jay and his crew working in the house, they were very friendly and engaging, yet very professional and kept us apprised of issues every step of the way. They even brought our 90 pound Dobie dog treats every day--to the point where he was waiting at the door every morning! I met with 3 other contractors prior to choosing Kitchen Solvers, and, they were more accommodating, willing to work with us on a time-frame and offered many suggestions that turned out to be perfect--While listening to my design ideas as well! I would recommend them to anyone, everyone, for a job big or small--The materials, workmanship, and even the clean up afterwards was exceptional!

FANTASTIC!? I had Kitchen Solvers of Avon Lake do a complete kitchen restoration after a huge Tree crushed my roof and destroyed my Kitchen and family room. They did outstanding work, were very prompt and courteous, and finished the job under budget! Their price was very fair but their quality of work and customer service were even better! I would recommend them to anyone!

We were in the middle of building our own custom kitchen island and needed drawer boxes with undermount slide hardware. Kitchen Solvers of Greater Cleveland ordered and delivered exactly the items we wanted and gave useful advice on installing them. They're always willing to help! We have known the Knox family for many years. My husband has worked with Jay on several church mission trips where they did construction projects together. I have known the Knox family closely for almost 20 years. I moved away from the Cleveland area when I retired from Energizer Holdings, Inc. a few years ago, but we maintain a very close relationship. I have observed first hand over the years their involvement with family, church (especially in youth and lay leadership), community, and business life. They have always conducted themselves with honesty and integrity in all areas. Jay is an extremely creative, hard working, and hands-on person with a very solid business background, most recently as VP of Sales NA for a Scandinavian company. His ability to 'think outside the norms', to organize, and his dedication to assuring that things are done properly are second to none. Leslie is an equally hard working, creative person who somehow manages a household of 4 children, an internet business, and still manages to be very involved in community activities. We have had the pleasure of knowing Jay and Leslie for over thirteen years now. A few months ago we were faced with the difficult decision to either renovate our home or sell and build a new one.
