I don’t often write reviews for services, as I don’t really use social media. HOWEVER, I have to write about the FABULOUS, METICULOUS job Kitchen Solvers did in installing new kitchen cabinet doors, drawers, pull-outs, resurfacing and removing the old and installing new backsplash in my kitchen. They encountered multiple unexpected problems, corrected each, and the finished product was above all my expectations. It was a pleasure to have Jay and his crew working in the house, they were very friendly and engaging, yet very professional and kept us apprised of issues every step of the way. They even brought our 90 pound Dobie dog treats every day–to the point where he was waiting at the door every morning! I met with 3 other contractors prior to choosing Kitchen Solvers, and, they were more accommodating, willing to work with us on a time-frame and offered many suggestions that turned out to be perfect–While listening to my design ideas as well! I would recommend them to anyone, everyone, for a job big or small–The materials, workmanship, and even the clean up afterwards was exceptional!

We were in the middle of building our own custom kitchen island and needed drawer boxes with undermount slide hardware. Kitchen Solvers of Greater Cleveland ordered and delivered exactly the items we wanted and gave useful advice on installing them. They’re always willing to help! We have known the Knox family for many years. My husband has worked with Jay on several church mission trips where they did construction projects together. Jay is honest, hard-working, energetic, thorough, gives great attention to detail, and does high quality work. Both he and Leslie are wonderful and caring people to know.

I would highly recommend Kitchen Solvers of Greater Cleveland. Jay is very personable and knowledgable of his products. We discussed goals for our kitchen and compared ideas. We were able to stay within budget. Excellent customer service.
